This was the show to end all shows - it was hysterical and so full of japes that I'm sure I've missed some - so if you were there and saw something I didn't mail me and let me know. Here goes - Adam grinning but looking rather a worried man as he hit the front of the stage. Zoe presented him with Pizzas in pizza boxes which he then flung to the back of the stage. Richard W presented him with the tiniest pot of poster paint for his $7.98 and Adam was already cracking up.

When Sebastien came on with his hair all blowed dried out into a big frizzy ball followed by Tara in a different wig held back with colourful hairslides Adam was clearly struggling Boogie Shoes was magnificent - aided by the fact that the first two "girls" to walk across the stage were actually boys in drag - including Benjy (Chester) looking very fetching in a short skirt and high heels. They were then followed by Doreen - accompanied by her twin sister Maureen (Brenda Jane - in her Doreen costume) more of them later. And the girls who Adam always ribs about boobs included Maria with huge fake boobs under a tight t shirt - causing Adam to remark - "You could hang your coat up - it's a hatstand"

Disco Inferno was enlivened by Richard Woodford and Sam Mac dancing together at the back of the Stage with the whole cast moving out of the way so we could see Richard lift Sam up on to his shoulder. Doreen and Maureen then both proceeded to ask Adam if they could wipe off his forehead with a huge tablecloth - Adam was seriously losing it by this point but managed to ask both of them to dance.

The true highlight of the whole performance was when Doreen kissed Adam, putting red lipstick all over his face and then said in really loud voice "I just kissed ANDY Garcia". At which point Adam who was so into it by this point shouted "FOR THE LAST TIME - I AM NOT ANDY GARCIA. but I could be" He then danced to the back of the stage and sang the first verse of Night Fever in this hysterical italian accent with lipstick all over his face. In the middle of the front row - I nearly peed my pants. By the chorus he slipped back into the proper version but the first girl came across the stage and refused to dance with him - leaving him to flounder and make up really silly dance moves.

Everything normal in the Manero household - Adam had worked out his face was covered in lipstick but obviously left it there deliberately till he pretends to look in the mirror in his bedroom at which point he said - "Do ya think I'm losing my hair and my face is covered in lipstick." When he went to get clothes for FFJ out of his drawer a hideous shirt had been put in there and when he went downstairs to cheer up his parents. FFJ took of his shirt completely a la Adam, with the whole audience screaming and shrieking. Adam was trying to look upstairs to see what was happening as FFJ put on the gruesome shirt and then he came out with his "I know there are a lot of other things going on in this house" line and meant it.

Disco Duck saw Richard W all dressed up in leathers and Zoe and Brenda Jane had changed costumes. When Adam came in to get his free studio, Alexia and L were over by the Coffee Machine trying to find change to get a drink. The dance studio scene then degenerated into complete and utter farce. Tara said she wanted to be a "nice slut" bumped into him during the dance - Anita then made her entrance upside down being held up in the air by Sam McAvoy. Tara and Adam had an argument about Adam wanting to do the same lift and whether he was big enough to carry it off - it was really funny. In the "How old are you" dialogue when he said "19 at the moment but I'll be 20 very shortly" Neet said "You look much older than that" Adam then protested that he only looked 15. The coffee machine made the most incredible croaking noises when Adam pressed the buttons - causing him to look in the cup and go "There's a frog in here". Anita also had something written in pen on her cleavage? "Do you do the NY hustle, Latin hustle or what " "No" said Steph. "Two basics going around then follow my arms" "Why where are they going?" Adam really didn't know what to do - they messed up deliberately the next set of moves - with Anita saying- "did ya make that up" and Ads saying - "no I saw two people in the next studio doing it". When they moved to the middle of the stage Adam said "Shall we do something completely different now" at which point they did the routine perfectly. When they broke Neet said "That was awful". And as she went offstage Adam instead of Hot Stuff said "I prefer her sister"

In the basketball scene Adam admitted to "Always hating that line" when Bobby siad "it's just like waiting to get on ya Boogie Shoes". In the second Disco scene Adam introduced Al to his brother as Michelle and Bobby C was wearing an awful tank-top with no shirt underneath showing off his really muscly arms. During It's my Neighbourhood - Brenda Jane had a spliff instead of the usual cigarette which had Adam rolling his eyes like he was stoned.

YSBD was great but Adam was forever looking at the side to check if anything gruesome was about to happen. When it came to the backflip however he just did this little jump and then this really pathetic backward roll. When he went up onto the right hand podium and girls usually molest him - they all just stood on the floor and refused to dance with him. As the lights went down at the end of the first half with Adam on his knees he was grinning but looked completely exhausted.

Jive Talkin was played straight down the line - obviously the Bridge was too dangerous a place to have too much japin. The next set of funnies were in the Dance Studio scene Seb and Daryn went "NA NA NA NA NA - you ain't made it with her!!"

It was then Anita and Simon's turn to play - Simon "Are you a singer, dancer or actress" Anita "All of the above" "Guess who came in to the office today - Led Zeppelin - and I brung him a coffee". She then proceeded to put on a ridiculous woolly hat with pom poms and put up a clear plastic dome umbrella as Simon tried to do the marriage/abortion dialogue. When Jay left the apartment Adam said "What a dick" - "Who is he" Anita "He's a pig!"

At the end of WKOF - Adam said "I'm gonna take you to a really nice place" Anita"Oh - we're not going to the bridge again are we" He then said "As I've probably told you before about 400 times - then proceded to ham up the bridge statistics, including about 4 million cars go across there a year including 5 trucks ending up by saying "What a wonderful feat of modern engineering" Anita then said "There's a guy buried in the cement and told him how it happened - "So you HAVE been listening" retorted Adam. "I get ideas" "what kinda ideas ya get huh" "Not really sure I can say?"

"So we gonna be dancing at 2001 this afternoon" says Neet. At the start of the fight scene Tara rushes on in a raincoat and with her back to the audience and flashes at Adam who has hysterics. Then at the start of Nights on Broadway - Tara comes out in the same dress as Anita stands on Anita 's podium and they swop lines in the song. Adam when he comes into the Disco and makes his way to the podium - because he's blind as a bat doesn't realise its Tara and not Anita till he's virtually on top of her. Also FFJ is dressed up in one of Monty's catsuits and helping Rich C spin the disks. During Anita and Adam's dance the cast at the back held up scorecards.

At the end of the dance contest which was danced to perfection Adam calls the faces "You dirty birdies" Outside when he pushes Anita up against the wall they had simulated sex with lots of moaning and groaning before she pushes him off. He then grabs Annette and does the same thing before Daryn grabs her with Adam calling after her "come back - I'm big".

He sang Immortality like a popstar - but even amongst all this laughter it still made me cry. When Tara came up for the bridge scene she'd got the back of her dress tucked up into her waistband showing off her bum - which she turned round and stuck out at Adam as he came on to the stage. The final bench scene was so funny.

When Adam said "This place is just shit . I'm fed up with it" The whole audience erupted. He lost it for a minute and then said "Oh yeah - I've been thinking " "Ouch " said neet. "I'm gonna move to Manahatten" "What you gonna do" said Anita. "Well I'm gonna get a cab, move my stuff, make loads of new friends. What do you do". " I can rollerblade" says Neet. " Maybe when I get to Manahatten you can teach me to rollerblade" Anita pulls a face - "not like that - not in the nude" says Adam. They then burst into song - adapting the lyrics to make them lewd - "and you come on me" "and its me you need to blow" being the most noticeable examples.

They get up from the bench poking each other and grinning, doing a silly little sideways dance to the centre of the stage. With Anita looking at Adam's groin everytime she sings "How deep is your love". He then holds his hands out really wide to indicate just how deep it is. The song ends with her holding her fingers slightly apart behind her back where Adam can't see to indicate it really is rather small. At which point the whole audience erupts for a tumultous curtain call.
