Adam very kindly took some time out of his busy schedule - near the end of filming to answer some questions on how Bootmen has been going and what he's been up to.

How are you spending your time on set between takes - reading anything good?
I don't know what I do - I just sorta sit around. I'm currently reading Tom Robbins book called "The Roadside Atraction", which is good. I've read one of his other books and it's very funny, very surreal and very harsh.
How are your many recurring injuries bearing up to the rigours of tap dancing again?
They're good in fact tappings a lot easier than Saturday Night Fever - injured me far more than anything else. A few bruises but other than that I'm fit as a fiddle. Thank you.
Does having Dein bossing you about remind you of being 15 years old, wearing football socks, in Dance Class?
Both!! I am wearing football socks cos that's the part. And Dein still bosses me about but that's no different. And I kinda like it. It's never changed actually - so that's probably a good thing
What practical jokes have you played on set if any and who have been your main victims
Main victim's probably me!! I haven't really done anything.
I just lark about really - you know what I mean. Just lark about with the crew and a few of the fellow actors. Nothing too bad.
Sometimes during a take where everything is very stressful we change the entire scene and Dein suddenly just calms down. All good. But nothing - too bad - we're all completely professional.
Is starring in a major motion picture what you expected and if not what have been the surprises so far?
It's not that bad actually. It's pretty easy. You just sorta sit there and they go rolling, set, speed, action.
You say a couple of lines. They then go cut. Then they print it. They go print that, moving on, check the gate.
Are you missing London or is the house by the beach tempting you to stay?
Ooh (laughs). It's the middle of winter here and it's really sunny. It's the middle of summer there and it's really sunny.
But it'll be the middle of summer here soon and it'll be really sunny so I think Australia wins. But I don't really know - it's hard to tell.
Have you seen the new South Park movie and who is your favourite character?
Yes I have.
Satan because he's the sensitive type and I feel for him in his gay relationship with Saddam Hussein.
I also think this is one of the best films ever made and I urge everyone to see it.
How did you celebrate Australia winning the World Cup?
Well it was pretty easy really - we thrashed them. It was mainly the other two games against South Africa which were the killers. They were fantastic.
I couldn't believe Alan Donald didn't run. What a doughnut- too easy. Everyone in Australia had a beer and rang up their mates going can you believe we're in the World Cup final. Once we were in the World Cup final the Pakistan victory was gonna be a walkover really. Sorry Pakistan but you weren't playing well.
Do people in Australia get you confused with Andy Garcia and does it really annoy you?
Not as much as they do in London. I don't know what it is, if it's an affliction in London. They just can't get it right. I think everyone in London is partially deaf. Here everyone just calls me Adam. Actually someone called me Aaron the other day. but I didn't mind that so much cos I don't know anyone called Aaron Garcia. Anyway so no-one does. I haven't had it yet unless someone does it deliberately, like me.
No people in London just can't get it right. I don't know what your problem is and I'm getting sick of it. So get it right or I'll start shooting people.
